Hoisin-Glazed Salmon

Heart Healthy Recipe: Hoisin-Glazed Salmon
4 Servings


Ingredients:
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark sesame oil
4 salmon fillets
Directions:
In a bowl, combine  all ingredients. Pat fish dry and coat with sauce,let the fish set in sauce for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Grill fish for about 5 minutes per side or bake at 425* oven for 10 minutes.
