Greek Salad

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kids can make you dinner tonight. 

Healthy Ingredients:

salad greens

chopped mint

crumbled feta cheese

chopped olives

garbanzo beans

Dressing:

extra virgin olive oil

red wine vinegar

sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine first five ingredients. Mix dressing 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/3 cup of vineger.

Toss with olive oil and vinegar, and add salt and pepper to taste.
