
I love a good lemon vinaigrette. You can use this on salads, vegetables, [private]fish, or marinate chicken in the dressing.
Lemon Vinaigrette
1/2 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium shallot, minced
1 Tbsp minced fresh thyme leaves
2 Tbsp minced fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano leaves
1teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper[private]
