Crispy Carrot Chips

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Peel carrots into thick chips.

Toss with olive oil sea salt and pepper.

Bake at 350* for 12 minutes.

Cool and enjoy.

These carrot chips are great served with cottage cheese, or ranch dressing. Use them on top of salads instead of croutons.
