In order to make changes to any family culture you must first identify the areas that need to be changed. In order for these changes to be made you must first identify your thoughts and feelings about what needs to be changed and next we can search for strategies on implementing the steps needed to take to make the change. Question yourself on why you feel you and your family needs to make these changes because if you are not committed within your mindset, the changes will never last.
Everything starts from the top down, your thoughts reflect your actions and your actions reflects your habits.
This entire section of a Healthy Lifestyle should be reviewed each time your feel there needs to be a change in your style of living.
