Produce suggestion this week:
The carrots and green garlic are fantastic
grilled - we just brushed them with oil and
tossed them on the grill. The grilled green
garlic surprised everyone with its great taste.
The carrots were sweet and tasty after grilling and we even tried a few radishes grilled.  And the lamb sausage wasn't bad either : )

Our produce is local, seasonal and organically  grown in Celeste Texas.
