Gone Fishin'

 

When you start to feel life is getting the best of you, take a preventative mental health day from whatever bothers you. This only works if you can do it and not spend the day feeling guilty. Stay in bed, or take an all day hike, bake cookies, baby yourself with homemade chicken noodle soup even if you are not sick!Write a list of all the urgent errands you should run on your day off, then completely ignore it.
